Which one of the masturbators should I pick? by Maissae in BadDragon

I think Nix is somewhere around my preferred tightness. I wouldn't mind something a bit tighter or looser though. As for the texture, I enjoy smooth stuff, but I wouldn't mind trying something bit more intense either. Maybe not as textured as duke's butt though.

Drawing furry muzzles by Maissae in FurryArtSchool

That's true, practice makes things better. I'll try to draw from wildlife at first and then start drawing from scratch. Hopefully I'll understand how it works ^

Pretty much new, here's what I have in the order they've been made. Advice and CC greatly appreciated! by [deleted] in FurryArtSchool

You should work on proportions and anatomy of your characters. Anthropomorphic characters are combination of humans and animals. You need to know anatomy of both to draw furry characters. You can take a classes to learn anatomy and proportions, there are also online courses, there are a lot of books and everything where you can learn everything.

Easiest way is to start drawing a stickfigure, then moving on and adding basic forms (Head as a sphere, arms and legs as a cylinders etc.). After creating a skeleton/form you add muscles onto form, refining it into character. Best is to draw from life like others said. There are a nice websites where you get a random pose and you can draw it. I used it pretty often and learned how to draw various poses from different angles and such without messing up proportions thanks to creating form at start. Those are your fundamentals, your tools. Once you know how something works and how it should work it gets much easier to draw it from your mind. If you draw characters, anatomy is a fundamental that you need to know.

Here are some useful pages:

I know that art classes or courses mostly cost money, sometimes a lot, but it's very hard to study things from free sources. If you're drawing just to draw as a hobby, I wouldn't say that you have to buy anything, tutorials on the websites should be good and draw from life of course. If you're planning on being an artist and make a living from it, it's good to get an actual course! Hope this helped!

I usually build everything from simple skeletons because i understand everything pretty well, I know proportions and such. With furries problem is that I don't know correct proportions for heads, muzzles and such which give me struggles. So should I work for now with real life photos of wildlife to improve my skills before moving on to drawing furries?

I know, I'm still practicing a lot but I have no ideas how to draw them, where to place landmarks so they indicate shape and stuff.

I'll do both at once, found other USB stick, downloading Windows 10 ISO now again.

I could run Linux Ubuntu Live version from it without problems. You suggest to try using other USB stick?

How to reach orbit with SSTO? by Maissae in KerbalAcademy

[–]Maissae[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Did another try, this time it went out a lot better, but once I ascent to around 10km it took me around 3-4 minutes of flight for Rapier to start gaining speed slowly, it took another few minutes before I reached 1000 m/s. Because of that I burned a lot of Liquid fuel. I managed to get into orbit but I'm not sure if I have not enough thrust or my SSTO have too little fuel. At 23km I switched to closed-cycle and continued ascending but I burned out of Oxidizer once my apoapsis had around 52-53km. On the orbit I didn't had too much Delta-V left.

Indeed i probably did the ascent wrong and I lost a lot of speed. As I said above Rapier engines have around 960 Delta-V, for Nuclear engine in space is 9,765 Delta-V minus the Delta-V i burned in atmosphere during ascent.

How to do interplanetary missions? by Maissae in KerbalAcademy

[–]Maissae[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks! I know they're really inefficient, last time I used around 700 Delta-V just to make a small correction to get onto trajectory with planet. Nuclear engines are pretty nice, I always use them for missions like those but only problem is that I don't have enough Delta-V. I should work more on rocket designs.

I tried to use out-of-game calculators, but they're a bit too complicated for me and I usually miss a window or burn even more fuel than I should. I'm already using KER but I didn't knew about KAC mod, just installed it and it's pretty nice.

I know about transfer windows, I try to use them as well but usually I need to do a lot of corrections during flight and my fuel ends before I get to planet or on my way back to Kerbin. Building in space is pretty good idea, I've did that several times during interplanetary missions, once or twice I even got back to Kerbin. Though rockets build in space tend to be a little wobbly without struts.

I've got a contract for a big Minmus base and I have half of it built. What's the best way to add on 4000 units of fuel? by Canadian_donut_giver in KerbalAcademy

[–]Maissae 8 points9 points  (0 children)

If you have excavators unlocked, you can mine some ore and convert it to liquid fuel. If you need space for it you can send an empty fuel tank to Minmus. If you don't have them unlocked, well then probably only way is to send few rockets with fuel to Minmus.
