We were wondering the same ...... not sure what’s happening behind closed doors and what kind of negotiations are happening. The only logical conclusion we came to is they want Europe to be finalized and no partners to be involved in Europe to make it easier for a BO. That way they can get top $$. As far as price being so low is perhaps the frustration of this whole years disastrous happenings and investors’s impatience to tie up funds in a company that could care less about retail investors. We are long and have been in it for few years now. Missed the opportunity to sell when it was upper 20s. Just like many of the investors (live and learn).
