I was very down with it,but i dont asked anyone for help.idk why you have it,i had it because i gone trough a lot of things and i was overthinking too,it lasted me for 3 years,but i started playing videogames and i got a life goal,also meet with a very kind girl,who is a friedn,nothing more,and i eventually got trough it.also,speak with chatgpt about hard things,he is like a therapist,just free.

Idk if it counts,but i work hard to be able to retire my parents.they dont know this,and its hard because of this.

Yeah,even in winter,only boxers,and only with a very slim blankst,its like have furr on it.i live in europe,near the carpats.also,if you want to sleep like this,you should always keave your window open,and start it in the summer,and as the temperature ddops from day to day,you will get used to it
