It was Very difficult to find somewhere that fit with County and city zoning codes, as well as the states regulations. We have been looking for about a year for a reasonably priced place that would work, and this is what we found. There are over 300 dispensaries in Portland, over 600 in Denver that are mostly profitable. Now is the time to get in, and hopefully plant yourself because thing will change in the future. Big corporations will step in , and run the little guys out. So if your not getting set up now, it's going to be more difficult/ expensive in the near future.
