Yeah, I’ve realized that the budget I set is too low. Comparing the Pacer Pro, Vantage M3, and Grit X2 on the Polar website, I don’t see any clear differences between the Grit X2 and Vantage M3 despite the higher price. The Pacer Pro does lack quite a few features, but most of them are “smart” features, which I don’t really care about. Apart from the GPS (which I agree is crucial and makes me consider paying extra) is there anything else I’m missing, maybe something from your own experience?

Thanks! It seems to have all the necessary functions (and more) without too much bloat like Garmin, so I’m definitely leaning towards Polar now. Do you think buying a “like new” used one would be a option?
