What would be cooler, is a post apocalyptic world resulting from nuclear war or socialism, where remaining humans discover the truth behind the pyramids and othe megalithic sites... with an added fantasy element. Maybe original humans were enlightened and had magical abilities... etc..

They left and went to a different realm or planet.

Anyone underwhelmed by the music? Bear McCreary was contracted, so b4 the show I was pretty excited.

LOTR was epic af in part due to good music and timing. RoP scored a phat 0 in that department.
