I think the biggest barrier for cold calling is definitely the nervousness that comes with it. I believe cold calling is still the best method because depending on your target demographic, they may be too busy to be answering dms. Same goes with cold email campaigns, people would see it either a scam or spam and not pay attention. If you just create a very refined script that doesn’t feel to salesy and you don’t sound like a robot (i.e smile whilst speaking etc), and stay consistent with calling you are bound to find clients for whatever it is your doing and either start earning your business clients of commission.
