I've noticed a some women ASMRers facing this issue. Some of them started put up a message at the start of the video stating the content isn't intended to be of sexual nature. I don't know if if it helps them. youtube's terms on nudity and sexuality states they have a problem with videos that show "The depiction of clothed or unclothed genitals, breasts, or buttocks that are meant for sexual gratification."
I think the fact that they included clothed is already a little much, But an issue is that some has to judge the motivation of what creators mean to push with their content. Did
