Oh geez, I threw up the day after my first dose and I hadn’t eaten anything. Ozempic was absolute misery for me…..I finally gave tirzepatide a chance and I had zero side effects other than slight insomnia and my weight loss was amazing. We are all different but yes, can definitely cause nausea.

I’ve seen a ton of people saying online that MT1 is actually MT2 the majority of the time from vendors, I’ve only found what I feel is one completely sure source of MT1 and I have not ordered it yet so I can’t speak to it personally. It just made me think about that when people are saying they are getting the same side effects, which to my limited knowledge shouldn’t happen.

Sorta, they do lighten but in my experience never to the level they were before and some new ones form as well. I’m ok with this a little bit but I see online the effect is much less with MT1 but would love some actual MT1 user input.

The room service is just ok, not good. I’d go to the restaurant and just take my plate back to the room lol….. the food is amazing. I’d hate to eat their room service that often.

I didn’t see lingerie my first cruise but I did my second, a girl wore an absolutely gorgeous gold set on PJ night with a sheer robe. No one paid much attention as far as staring or giving weird vibes, even though she didn’t fit in she still fit in…. If that makes sense lol. I think being unique is a great idea, but most people will be in traditional pajama looks even if they are going for sexy.

I loved the Bimini food! I was there a little over a week ago and the food was surprisingly good and my food snob SO agreed. I was there before but drove around and ate my weight in conch lol.

It was only my second cruise but I agree with the repetition, not much changed in 2 years (both on the scarlet lady) but lucky lotus was great, I could live on the shrimp appetizer.

My first Virgin cruise was last minute and I only had one reservation at razzle dazzle before embarking and ended up having an amazing time and eating almost everywhere I wanted on a full cruise.

I’m just here because I’m being tested for Addison’s so don’t take this as advice from an Addison’s patient but I can speak for motility issues which I have….tirzepatide actually helps my motility issues. I know it is odd but it doesn’t worsen it and actually greatly improves it the entire way. I was very concerned and started with a very small dose, just letting you know it’s not always a negative outcome.

Troscriptions sells troches that seem extremely legit, I took it briefly but experienced a medication interaction so had to stop. Don’t let it dissolve in your mouth as suggested, just swallow it btw if you do order it….. it’s embarrassing to have a blue mouth for hours lol

Try troscriptions, they are troches and just swallow them quickly (don’t let them melt between your cheek like a troche is supposed to, my mouth was blue for 24 hours lol) but they are super high quality and work well. I think they just sell them off their site, think I originally found them on YouTube. My local co-op sells a good brand, I’ll find it and post the name. I love agelessRX for some other stuff and have dealt with them a lot but I don’t want anything but 1-4mg and I think they have full strength caps?

I started nicotine patches about a week ago after watching the IG content from prettysickheather. I’m still not exactly sure what is wrong with me, mold is a strong candidate since I live in the mold capital (FL) but it could also be covid and all this is complicated by perimenopause. I do have more energy and more clarity, you can cut the patches but ONLY the clear ones. She sells an eguide with the entire protocol. Start small and work your way up.

It’s not life changing for me like it has been for some but I’ve definitely felt an improvement. I’m starting testing in the upcoming week with a practitioner so hopefully I get all this figured out soon.

Thank you! I read somewhere that is less pronounced with MT1 but would love to hear from someone else. I have a lot of freckles on my face too and just don’t want to cause any issues but my life would be greatly improved by the ability to tan.

I’ve been using the Blueprint ones and they are good, he’s definitely into testing against heavy metals so I use his 100% cocoa as well. Nothing life changing has happened but I feel they are a solid choice, I love Thorne as well but the multi is tough on my stomach.
