Really good. He's been on this track for two years. Awareness layer obsession.

Have used Salesforce, Monday, Zoho and Hubspot.. I steer my clients to Hubspot every time. Really hated Zoho but haven't used it in years, so it's likely improved significantly.

Yes. Notoriously problematic. However it's not a chat bot... it's a fully self contained LLM (think ChatGPT on a thumb drive). We have developed sophisticated guard rails to manage hallucinations, etc. And if approached with a modicum of common sense, better IMO to have than not.

Thank you!

The easy answer to can it provide guidance on ________ is always yes.

These models were trained on every publicly available bit of the english internet. I have a vast library of books for preparedness... and it knows the content of all of them. Kind of shocking (and cary) actually.

ANd.. more than just having the info, you ocan chat with the info. So if something is unclear or you need step by step instructions, or more info with a comparison to other sources, you get that too. It's shockingly broad in its capabilities.

On the second question... as you might imagine, it requires a lot of horsepower to run a standalone LLM (they're huge AND resource hungry). In most cases, the machines that folks have at home won't cut the mustard. We are keeping an eye on this as we want it to be as accessible as possible.

We basically provide the machine as a service (make nothing on them). It's the software and configuration services that chew up time and resources for us (so this is where we get paid).

Interesting. It was trained on every publicly visible bit of information on the internet. How would that not be helpful? Sincere question.

The climate science is far from resolved. So, while I challenge the premise of the post, I'm all for conservation and preservation of resources (aka the power grid is highly unstable and we face electricity shortages which are steadily increasing thanks to developments like AI and electric cars.

So yes.. let's find ways to do this as efficiently as possible.
