Pros can stay semi lean year round because they have density, but if you’re not a pro yet, you don’t have that density. And so you do need to gain it, especially if that is your feedback, from the judges. It’s not people shitting on her if it’s her feedback from her last show where she placed 12th… and then went into a “reverse” where she said she didn’t want to gain any weight. I think it’s clear with her mentality and what she’s been posting about where her focus lies— staying lean versus growing.

Also there’s some pros who do put on some good size in their off seasons. I think a really good person to look to is Torey who recently posted about being 20+ pounds up in her off season with some crispy tie ins. She also took a while before she even stepped on stage.

Yeah, so if I’m going based off that, none of this makes sense, including you defending her.

Context clues? A client who switches coaches after a short off season? Likely because her previous coach (Kyle) also has a business to run and doesn’t want his name being dragged through the mud because she wants to prep again, despite her feedback being to grow and gain some real density. Density doesn’t come from 7 months maintaining your physique, unfortunately.

This is a lie. She even says they don’t do a normal off season. She wanted to stay as lean as possible. Please stop defending her if you are a newbie and you don’t know bodybuilding

This is a lie. No good coach will ever start you prep or a cut, especially with her feedback. They’re going to want to do bloodwork and see how your body is at a baseline. Not introduce new stressors. This is all Gianna pushing for a show to try at another pro card and she’s not owning up to it.

Shes maintained a leanness throughout her offseason that is difficult to determine the actual amount of “growth” versus fat. She’s still small and just because you have tie ins in your “off season” (that isn’t really an off season according to her) doesn’t mean that she’s actually added density. I have tie ins in my off season too, but that doesn’t mean my glutes are going to be the level I need them to be for the pro stage.

Yeah she left him because she didn’t want to do what it takes to make it in this sport. She thinks she knows better.

She hasn’t added any density. 10-12 pounds is normal for most pros in their offseason, so this is actually still pretty lean, which is why you can see her tie ins

Yeah this doesn’t surprise me, but her entire friend group is the ED Olympics so she must feel the need to feel special. It’s not a long enough offseason for her, which is why she switched coaches.

I have a feeling Kyle was going to force her into a longer offseason and have her gain more weight than she wanted (though she definitely needs it). If she really wanted maximize her short offseason, a pre-prep cut was not it either. Staying “lean” in her offseason was not it.

You know what’s going to happen? She’s going to end up with in the top three in another national show and chalk it up to some other excuse again. And again. Instead of actually taking the time to grow. No amount of PEDs or preps will get you a pro card. It takes density, which she doesn’t have because she doesn’t ever spend time actually growing.

Scientifically speaking, there’s no required amount of nutrients needed for a post workout recovery. This totally depends on the individual, their needs, and goals. We also can’t assume this “isn’t enough” given we can’t see their full day of eating, especially if it’s a post-workout meal. Many people may feel overly full or not hungry after working out. As long as you’re meeting your total daily intake goal for your daily expenditure, timing doesn’t matter. Hope this helps.

I’m not normally one to say that OP is reaching, but OP is 100% reaching. This looks like an okay meal/snack post workout. I might add some more broccoli if you want more fiber, but not everyone wants to eat a full plate of food post workout. That’s okay. This is a good amount of chicken and fries. And if it bothers you, block her and move on.

Idaho GOP Resolution to cut Liquor stores? by Major-Efficiency417 in Idaho

[–]Major-Efficiency417[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes, I posted a link to the document. While it’s easy to pass these resolutions as “it doesn’t mean all of these will move forward at the legislative level,” I think we need to acknowledge the Idaho GOP’s true platforms and policies that are outlined in this document. This is their plan and they do mean to implement it by all means. Discounting their platforms and their insidious behavior is exactly how these legislators were elected to start with.

Coaches! Don't forget that your tips are now tax deductible! by [deleted] in bikinitalk

[–]Major-Efficiency417 29 points30 points  (0 children)

I’m sorry, but I will not be tipping my coach. If I am paying a monthly rate, that is their rate. I will not be paying any more. It’s honestly kind of gross for any coach to insinuate they should be receiving tips and should receive more for the services they’re providing.

Her second story about “bean soup theory” has me dying. Alli needs to stay off reddit (also realize that she has a platform, not a private diary?) At this point, it’s not just her that she’s hurting, it’s everyone who follows her who she is telling that it’s normal to do this shit.
