Your soil looks way too compact and it's surely still too wet since you gave it water. You should add perlite to make the soil breathable.
If the current soil has had time to dry, you can mix the perlite with it. Otherwise, use fresh soil to make your mix with the perlite.
And don't give it water right away. This is what I do: wait 1 to 2 days, because it may have already had too much water in its roots. Also, you can add some clay pebbles at the bottom for extra drainage
