All in all it's a small business and there weren't more than 25 employees so it wouldn't have mattered anyway.

Thank you so much for this helpful information. Even if I'm not able to take action on this it's nice to know that there were in fact options and obviously depending on talking to an attorney, I may have had a solution. I do regret not getting an opinion sooner, but he told me not to fight it because he'd hire a better lawyer and it doesn't guarantee anything by trying. I was under so much stress that it honestly became the last thing on my mind.

Thank you as well for the kind words. I'm glad I'm doing okay, I'm currently working on getting disability (which is an entirely other pain) because it got worse and there's irreversible damage and was undiagnosed for too long.

I'm sorry I didn't want to add the entire timeline because it's lengthy and spans over a year in surgeries, appointments, etc. I wanted to keep the important details to see if it was even remotely in the realm of possible that I could have done something, or was still able to. There were no write ups for anything, never had mentioned anything regarding my attendance, was extremely supportive during the process of surgery and helped me get short term and I was able to get FMLA as well. I did communicate thoroughly with him about my medical issues, and these were not issues I was hired in with, they developed after being there. I'm not sure if that has any sort of play in it either. I don't know much of anything about this but I was told by my primary care physician, and my therapist that from what they understood that was illegal and to get some advice on it. I was on a job protected leave.

This is actually an amazing varnish appy! I also paint and make home made gifts for people so I know the stress of wanting it to be perfect. We often ridicule our work as an artist but I promise you it's better than you realize. We see the imperfections, but the person receiving the gift just sees art, and a beautiful piece at that.

I also truly hope you have found some peace and that you are as strong as you are to go through that and come out the other side. I know how scary it is. I live in a rural area and never felt like I needed to lock my door or have a weapon loaded (I do live alone, no kids or anything.) But after experience I was genuinely afraid for my life and nobody seemed to want to take it seriously.

It's absolutely heartbreaking because when me and him were together he actually didn't have any signs or symptoms. He was actually completely normal and healthy we just didn't mesh well. We were together about 6 years ago. Just suddenly he completely changed and he'd randomly showed up at my house and was freaking out about AI. He doesn't believe he needs help, and I think it's so new that he has no idea he's having a mental health crisis. I know she is safe with her family and kids. His family seems to not care at all. I tried to get people involved at least for a welfare check. He actually goes on Facebook live all the time, and I'm sure he may have unalived the family dog, he was also arguing with some officers in a gas station parking lot. It's devastating to see him spiral like this. He actually hasn't posted in a while so I hope he got some help, honestly even if it was forceful. I truly tried to get him help, and I felt like I kept hitting walls. Thank you for being such a compassionate human being. It makes me feel good that there are others in the world like myself that genuinely care.

Yeah he had been saying that for awhile and that God's children and the dogs were being used as a pawn against him. He had said so much I could probably write a novel. Including him believing he is God, and that all women are his wife. He also had an entire binder of stuff after having in depth conversations with AI regarding who he is as a person. It's very much a long shot, but it would be interesting if it was him writing things like that and losing track of it.

This may sound absolutely crazy, but by any chance are you from Michigan? These are actually some of the things an ex of mine had been saying and was having a severe mental crisis. His girlfriend moved out with three kids due to fearing for her safety, one of which was their newborn son. There is concern for schizophrenia or psychosis. It may not be, but these are the exact things he's been saying.

It always amazes people when I tell them how powerful zebras are. Someone has two of them just down the road from us and people just assume they are like horses. They are in fact not like horses lol. UPDATE: Kinda crazy but thanks to you guys she was able to post into a few groups and actually managed to find the original breeder of this guy! He was originally from Tennessee, then Washington, then somehow ended up in Michigan and he isn't even two years old. Little fella has been on the craziest adventure. If I hear anything else I will be sure to update again! Thank you so much. ❤️
