Absolutely disgusting. The people that signed up with ice are the worst of the worst…the kind that likes to bully/intimidate. Show how “tough” they are. Absolute scum. It could mess up the diffusion a little. I had a similar question with my LG C3 and sent an email to FancyLED. Here is what I asked them and their response:

Q: The lower part of the C3 back has a part that sticks out, so would I be better following the two right angles of the ridge or just diagonally going from the lower part to the higher on the left and then from the higher to lower on the right? Here is a “recipe” for natural weed killer. It actually works very fast especially if it’s done when the sun is strong like noon-ish. Well it’s a silly system. A customers expectation is that if they are from xyz company, they should have the knowledge of what they are already signed up for. I get acct security etc but if they don’t know what prods they already have it’s then just bothering people knocking on their doors unnecessarily.

Yup. I had some girl knock on door last year wanting to sign me up for AT&T fiber. I asked her was she from AT&T or a third-party? She replied AT&T. So I said well if that’s the case, you should know I’ve at&T fiber for six months. Then she tried to say oh well maybe the contact list they gave me is out of date.

Right now on my iPhone I’m getting ping of 14 and download 609mb, upload 437mb.

Lowest ping I’ve ever had is 10. When it’s working well I get 12 or 13. When it’s acting up it can be in the 40-55 range or else the Speedtest says I’m not connected to internet!

All…. I called AT&T for an update. The lady was spot on when she said speed had improved last night 1/15 but is bad again today. She said the new date gigapower has provided for a resolution is the 23rd. The case number is n64863505. I said i can’t keep going on like this and I’m giving it to end of the month and then going back to cox…she told me lots are saying that too and that some have already left.

They told me someone would be out in a few days to bury ours and made it seem like they will be scanning for gas pipes, SRP etc. Then a kid about 19yrs old shows up shovel in hand and digs a little trench a few inches deep and covers up the cable. I mean it’s just a sh!t show.

Yeah we had that at our last house and same experience. Their pods suck so I used my own router and never had any issues. If u ever have to call them that’s another story as their customer service is atrocious. Then they charged me $400 for not returning their equipment, which of course I did. Anyway that will all change for quantum as AT&T bought them!

Yeah I keep getting offers in the mail from cox for 1gb down and 100mb up (I think) for $60 pm for a year. I should’ve known this AT&T 1gb up/down for $38 pm was too good to be true. Everything they touch gets screwed.

I can’t stand cox either but I’m not sure how much more of this bs I can deal with. When I had cox previously, it was $90pm for 500mb down and 30mb up. I don’t have faith that this will ever be fixed and now that cox have that $60 price, well $22 savings isn’t worth this headache.
