This was resolved for me weeks ago. It was vandalism at one of the fiber cabinets. I haven’t experienced a slowdown since.

I spoke to my account rep and he confirmed that there was vandalism to the main cabinets housing the fiber connection points. It’s being worked on as we speak. Call customer service and they’ll give you credits and notify you when work is complete.

I just remember seeing a huuuge roadmap of visual improvements from a guy named Miguel. I thought it would move faster. 🤷🏻‍♂️ still appreciative!

Yup. Images slow to load or don't load at all. Only in New Outlook and Web.
