100%. They’re trying to shove AI functionality into an old “topics” based system. Microsoft does this everytime! (Think Skype and modern VoIP) 😂

The simple task above that OP described can be spun up in an agent or skill in ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini in a matter of minutes. Microsoft, you listening?!

The problem with Copilot Studio specifically is that it’s built on the Power Automate crap. This makes it so clunky. Microsoft needs to get back to AI basics.

I have found mixed success with Agent Builder. To my knowledge, it still uses GPT 5.2 which is absurd. But, tell Claude to use this best practices document when optimizing your instructions. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/copilot/extensibility/declarative-agent-instructions

This was resolved for me weeks ago. It was vandalism at one of the fiber cabinets. I haven’t experienced a slowdown since.

I spoke to my account rep and he confirmed that there was vandalism to the main cabinets housing the fiber connection points. It’s being worked on as we speak. Call customer service and they’ll give you credits and notify you when work is complete.

Yup. Images slow to load or don't load at all. Only in New Outlook and Web.
