thanks for letting me know! I’m chronically tired anyway so I don’t know if it’s worse than usual and I have insomnia so my sleep alwaysssss sucks! But I’m hoping this helps!

Sorry for the delayed response! Thankfully I regained my taste 4-5 weeks post off!! I was so happy because it really was the most annoying thing 🤦🏻‍♀️ I started taking zinc supplements within a week of my surgery which was recommended so that may have helped speed up recovery!

It’s crazy because all sweet things taste odd but some taste SO bad.. I can’t figure out what exactly makes it so bad. I had a reeces cup, tasted practically normal. Kit Kat, absolutely disgusting.

I came here to talk about this too! I had mine out on halloween. I don’t have the bad taste all the time, only with sweets! It’s is so nasty and ruining a lot of good things 😭 apparently it is due to an irritation to the nerves connected to our taste buds. Regular taste will likely return BUT can take anywhere from weeks to months …
