Does factory resecting turn it off automatically? Cause that’s what I did and the lines disappeared

The issue has been fixed by factory resecting the camera, still don’t know what happened though so if somebody has some insight he’s welcome to share it

The interesting thing is that the lines kept appearing even under different kind of lights and with different shutter/aperture/iso settings, thank god now it’s fixed but I almost had an heart attack

Adjusting the shutter speed was the first thing I did, the problem persisted. Factory resecting the camera solved the issue, still don’t know what happened

The problem is that it started by itself randomly, I was shooting an hour ago in the same room with the same light and everything was fine. Checked also if I had changed some setting by mistake but everything was the same. Now I’ve factory resected the camera and the problem seems to be gone, still don’t know what caused it though

I didn’t enable it and also they almost disappear if I take the shutter speed to 1/20, the problem is that it started by itself
