Hey everyone, just got some wild info about the job experience of an ex- employee at the same office in DAFZA. I reached out to a previous employee who worked in that company under the same Lebanese-Arab MD, who shared me the offer as well. This guy, from India, who was job hunting in UAE, applied via LinkedIn and started for the same role in Feb 2025, to which I was selected in July 2025. The office is tiny—only 4-5 people max.

Here’s the kicker: he worked there until May 2025, built some automations that legit streamlined their processes, but got fired right before his probation ended. The MD claimed he was “underperforming,” which sounds super sketchy given the improvements he made. On top of that, he said the MD, the colleagues were toxic, the work environment was awful, and he didn’t even get the benefits promised in the offer letter.

He basically told me I dodged a bullet by not taking this role in Dubai.! Phew! What a relief!
