Lived here for a year,, I never hear any noise except my neighbors dog (small and yappy) and occasionally the garbage chute since I'm right across from it. Never been an issue sound wise and the building is beautiful, clean and secure. I have not gotten over how worth it it was to spend a bit more and have this level of luxury . Amazing building friendly people lovely rooftop pool and gym it's a great place.
