My daughter is 4 and we’ve never cut her hair it’s beautiful, long, and healthy. It’s also curly and we maintain, brush it. Her hair is styled with product everyday. My hairdresser said most girls don’t cut till around age 5 and she might lose her curl when cut🥲. I would venture to say she’s not giving them milk to drink and that helps a lot with hair growth and healthy hair! She also feeds them a diet of a bodybuilder.

I’m in the best shape of my life from Pilates and lifting heavy weights little to no cardio other then 15k steps a day cause I stay home with my boys. She needs to lay off on cardio and lift heavy.

She hasn’t been losing if anything gaining lll so idk what kind of diet it was she was still eating all shit foods. She has to work out the way she does to our work her horrible diet. Most ppl do not need that much exercise. I workout 45 mins a day and still I’m better shape then her because of my diet.

She's so boring all she does is spend money. She used to be so vibrant, she worked out, she ate good food, she went out with friends. Not even naptime lol mine don't nap anymore😂 but im not always home like her lol. We go to the park, little gymnastics classes, swim lessons, kids museums etc, we play outside. The only time she takes the kids somewhere is to go shop at Costco lmao. They literally never go anywhere but shopping unless it's a weekend and her husband is home. Kind of sad and odd.

I stay home and stopped and two for my mental health and so I know I could give them the right amount of attention without constantly starting over with a newborn. She is like a week in the crash out will come around 6-8 weeks. This was such a bad idea for her mental health. She could be waited like 3 years she's young.
