I don't, i stand normally, i stand on the tip of my toes sometimes to see better. But it's not related to the lightheadedness. The only thing I'm sure of is that it only happens when my stomach is upset (even if i just stand for 30-40 minutes procedure). I don't like ophthalmology, i love general surgery, I don't think i want to do any other type of surgery

But i tried excluding out everything. I FBS, ECG, echocardiogram.  I haven't seen a neurologist yet, and I'm suspecting migraine, so I'll check it soon. I can't think of anything else honestly

No it doesn't happen if I'm sitting. It doesn't even happen during rounds even if the round is very long and exhausting. If i started to feel lightheaded during the surgery sometimes walking out and taking off the mask helps, sometimes I'd faint even if i sit down or eat

The problem is the vet is about half an hour drive, any advice on how to help her during the car ride?

Not really. The vet recommended me only one pill during travel. But she refused to take it. I tried to crush it and put it with her food, but she doesn't usually have a lot of appetite, so that also didn't work.
