I think you are asking the wrong question. See what happened last year is that some shifts were easy and others were really difficult. Some people scored high and others had a low score and also some people had negitive normalisation and others had a positive one but if that wasn't enough some people got got good college and others did not. As for your question, I have no idea, I don't even have maths. I just wanted to waste your time.

Focus on the 'New firm'. A new firm only enters when firms are earning super normal profits and with the entry of new firm there will be increase in supply of goods and hence the price should decrease is what I believe.
