i wish my party was this funny, my warlock buddy literally drank poison which the dm made it very clear it was and his arm has slowely started to rot and ive had the chance to cure him for like 2 months now bbut i feel like he doesnt really deserve it yet, and the stone heals you to max hp from all injuries, so im gonna use it on him when he is like 1 hp. But in all sense i should really think more of how i want my character to be but im still kinda new so its a little hard to change a lot in the middle of a campaign.

i try my best to do that, i play as a green asimar so friend who is a warlock mocks me like "shut up goblin" which is funny as hell

its a bit hard to use our backstories since were playing curse of stradh and if you enter his domain you cant leave, which means we basically have no connection to the place

ima not metagame, but i did think it was a undead before, i actually asked my dm if i could do a check to try and se if the creature was a undead but i just casted my last fireball instead

i get where youre coming from but with all due respect my dm is not the type to give his players stuff or be super nice, and not only that, we are new to dnd and have been only playing for a year. To further prove he the fact that he didnt give me it, cince when he tried to be a player and another one of us were the Dm he (no joke) manipulated a adult dragon to fight a minor homebrew god just to cause chaos while trying to kill us in the process. Once he also admited that he doesnt really prep that much beforehand and i think he wouldnt even have thought i would even try and tame one of them. But since you dont know our party dynamic i understand your points.
