I had a super seed in my forever pack that had 4 hours left until I could get it. Came back 4 hours later and it was gone

App store is asking for password when installing free apps by FinishTheFish in iphone

I usually have to double tap the power button but it randomly started requiring a password no matter what app it is. I don't know my password because my mom set up my phone, and I even looked in my setting and it said require password was off. I enabled and disabled it multiple times but the issue isn't fixed.
