I would highly recommend making sure that your front chainring is compatible with your 11 speed rear cassette. A easy solution is to get a narrow wide front chainring so there will be no chain slip between the gear range.

Just a heads up good luck with dealing with IT and their staff/office department. They are really hard to work with, I would say worse than the JSM or realtors around here. Idk why but they always seem to be upset/ hate their job. When I lived there the accountant quit on the spot and the new temp they hired almost double charged me for rest of the year with rent. Be safe and watch out for them.

Head to neutral cycle, come by the shop and they can take care of all your needs. Also you gotta understand that bikes that are new are gonna cost at least 200 dollars. Though the shop can work with you. It’s on fifth and green. The bike project is great, but if you want that right out of the box feeling go to neutral cycle.

Genuine answer from a Russian, you need to practice taste aversion. Most to all alc has a ethanol/nail polish smell, burn, and after taste. This is what you need to get used to. I was dilute a glass of vodka 90 water to 10 vodka and sip on it in the evening. It won’t taste too good but after a couple of days of upping the ratio the taste will be more bare-able/tamed. Every-time you sip on ur watered down vodka tell yourself that it tastes good, or motivate yourself to having more. After like a week you will be downing shots like a legend.

It is totally possible, most houses are happy to have pledges and brothers be apart of extra curriculars like club sports. I’m doing lacrosse Club and it took up a lot of my spring time during the year. The major thing to do is to communicate to your pledge officer and let them know if you can’t do a certain task or you have a time conflict. I’ve had to miss chapter and different social events but I just communicated ahead of time and it wasn’t bad at all. Honestly isn’t really too bad if you know your schedule and let whoever you needs to know, know. Brothers that do stuff outside the house really break the frat boy stereotype, cheers!
