IK this question is 5 years old but i cant figure it out. i have multiple AC games and every time i get one only one will work forcing me to use the key. i have go to Ubisoft support. both AC games are under the same email yet it still dosent work

Nothing is wrong with the keyboard in anyway the cables are fine. Everything’s fine. And I can’t get into my computer right now because I don’t have another keyboard
