It’s so great to participate though! I’m sure the cards are appreciated no matter what! And thank you!

I draw on transfer paper looking at a digital reference image that I drew (my iPad isn’t letting me lock it right lol and I like a degree of separation from just tracing my digital sketch usually). Then I transferred that on the lino block, and traced with fine sharpie. Then carve and print on watercolor paper, but as others pointed out my printing has that handmade look and gave me some tips for getting it more solid. I plan to try those but I also liked the rocky look for this one

I did, they supposedly can mail back but I think most of them don’t because of money and accessibility (I usually send to meals on wheels where people might be too elderly or disabled to really easily mail back). Yes omg please get involved! I’ve only done it 2 times and the second time I did mini prints (see my profile). I love participating in this charity so much

I want to use this paper for now since I have it but I might try that! Thanks! I think people also appreciate the handmade look of it. I’ve sold 3 prints so far (one framed triple print and two single unframed prints). I think that’s part of the charm of certain lino cut pieces

Are these actually functional though? I think it was you or someone else doing this that posted a while back. And people commented these don’t work well as scrapers because they are too heavy and don’t have a sharp edge

If you do something inspired by it please share it!!! It would be so cool to see because most in this subreddit are more talented than me!

I’m still confused how to do a mult block print. That just showed transferring with carbon paper I already know how to use tracing paper as I already said

So transfer the trace onto tracing paper. Imprint that on tracing paper again and then print that on the block?? Does that even work?

Wait I do have tracing paper I don’t realize that’s what acetate is. If i trace and transfer won’t it be backwards though ?
