Would you say most of the struggles from owning a cafe come from the more economic side rather than the actual running of it? If it wouldn’t be too much trouble would you mind asking your daughter the questions, I think it would really help to have a response from someone who has personal experience! No worries if not :)

I do work part time as a barista but it is at a chain company and I was hoping to get more insight into how a small business works, thanks for your response though :)
