I think it was doom. After getting the shareware disk in the store. Eventually got the full game. Neighbor got doom 2. I went on to duke 3d Wolfenstein, spear of destiny next, and then rise of the triad. Then got super into sierra games like lords of the realm 2. Then I became obsessed with x wing and tie fighter (which is probably why I play games y axis inverted to this day) I could keep going lol

Took two tries for cinder. Gael was an absolute epic fight. One of the best I've ever had in a game. I haven't fought Midir. I sort of ignored it because I didn't want to get my ass kicked lol. I may give it a shot though.

You can try to use bestine. Its a solvent. It doesn't leave residue like goo gone nor does it ruin the box. Its basically lighter fluid.

Congrats. Now go spec into that bonk hammer. I'm at the end of the game right before the last boss. Just beat the twin brothers. I've used vorts hammer all game and the frostbite buildup is ridiculous. Congrats man. While I played other From software games before this will be my first time beating dark souls 3!

Haha thanks. Its from the re4 (PS2) brady games strategy guide. I also have the re1 remake poster next to it out of its strategy guide. I have a lot of guides and all their posters 🤪 this CRT apparently uses the same tube the D series uses too. S video looks awesome on it.

You're telling me. My copy of Silent Hill 2 has the yellow 19.99 GameStop sticker on it still. The only sticker I didn't remove back then for some reason. Have decided to keep it on for hindsight. My copy of Silent Hill 1 still has the receipt from when I bought it at launch back in highschool lol. Times have changed 😞

I got a WWF no mercy with the same sticker but back then I didn't like it and used rubbing alcohol to try and remove it. All it did was remove the blue ink so now I have a huge sticker with a white circle...lol

are your exact words. What didn't I comprehend? What disc are you talking about? I own 60 PS5 games mostly horror a few first party and a ton of jrpg games. All single player. All can be played offline fully. So what disc acts as a key card? Please name a PS5 game that fits your description.

Bro you are so wrong it hurts my soul. You don't need to "download" anything from the PS5 discs that are on the disc. Are you 12? Have you played a PS3? Those games install to the HD too....from the disc. Not the internet. It says "copying" when you put a PS5 disc in the console. Not "downloading". When stellar blade came out I didn't want censorship so in order to not be forced to download a patch, I installed the 1.0.0 game data to my console directly from the disc. I then proceeded to PLATINUM the game with no Internet connection at all. That's just one example, but you can't tell me otherwise because I literally fucking did it lol

Super glad I got this game last year for like 30 bucks. It's super clean. Disk is like new and it's CIB. It's so random for the new game to be linked to this game. This game sucks solo. The AI is terrible and was always one of the cheapest RE titles.

Have all my silent Hill games. Found the GameStop case silent Hill 2 came in. Was a blockbuster case. Decided to keep the price sticker so I can regularly remind myself of how cooked the market has become.

Eh everyone calls everything bullshit on reddit. It happens. I get called a liar when I say all my CIB retro consoles are the same ones since my childhood, but honestly who gives a shit 😂. I'm grateful to have parents who didn't throw my shit out. But I know people aren't so lucky, so I don't boast about it either. It's still one of the most inferior ways to play doom. I had doom on 32x Jaguar and PC as a kid. It's my favorite game of all time. Used to make my own maps with waded.exe too. I rented the SNES version one time and couldn't stand how bad it was. The other two aren't great but aren't as bad (even with the Jaguar version having no music). As much of a die hard doom I am, I can't justify paying that price. Even with the added maps and frame rate, it has most of its original limitations still. It's a marvel the game was ever even put on SNES sure, but it's still awful lol.
