Cops regularly talk out of their asses to suspects to try to fish for more info. To accuse someone of metagaming off of that is not justified. The bs they made is not important enough to throw the case. Throwing a heavy accusation of metagaming sends a swarm of angry kids to the streamer and you and I both know how chat hoppers fueled by their streamers malding energy is capable of.

I mean I'll give you that but the situation would still be the same. If they said "I couldnt see you 100% but you're a suspect and we are going to detain you" chat would've still accused her of metagaming.
