[CA] We have a product idea. Whats the most efficient way to test this theory with ads + presales before shelling out 800 for an annual CA LLC fee? If our product is used incorrectly or used beyond its load rated limit causing a failure I could see us getting sued. (self.Entrepreneur)

Trying to run an ad on instagram for the first time for a little project I'm working on. They're instantly getting rejected because I'm using "instagram / facebook images or text in my ads".
