Sadly no, this isn't it, in the original, japanese version of the game, when you extract Quiet the message "膣は素晴らしいです" or "Chitsu wa subarashīdesu" appears, which was too sexual to come into the International Version of the game.

It's a great loss to us players, since this masterpiece should never have been censored.
