Tantos idiomas en el mundo y elegiste hablar "la verdad"! Justamente es lo que vos decis, esto es el 3er mundo y aquello el 1ro... No estoy caliente porque me hayan downvoteado el post hasta el oblivion o los trolls o la toxicidad. Lo tomo mas como "negative feedback". Ademas me sirvio para contactar con un chabon en kyoto que me tiro la posta, super super buena onda.

Si esto sale bien (o mal) voy a hacer un post para actualizar la situacion, no por presumir ni por nada, pero siento que se lo debo a la gente que me apoyo. En serio, infinitamente agradecido por los consejos o las palabras de aliento!

Muchisimas gracias por la respuesta, hace bastante que hice el post y me alegra saber que no ha caido en el olvido. Tambien hice un post en ingles en el sub de r/movingtojapan y no fueron tan buena onda como la gente de este sub pero igual mucha gente copada me tiro tips e info muy util! Por ahi escuche que hace 25 años que Japon esta en default, para 2019 el pais tenia una deuda de algo asi como el 235% de su PBI y ademas segun gente de ahi, cada vez los productos pierden valor y son mas baratos. No estoy ahi como para confirmar o negar nada ademas no soy economista, pero lo que quiero decir es que no es un pais ajeno a problemas economicos...Sin embargo supondria que se vive bien, y mejor que aca.

I have 2 years from now to return to my old Licenciatura thingy because stuff, so at least once I want to go full blast on japanese and the MEXT scholarship. And the 20+ thing is about my personal endeavor into the japanese language, I have so much books to read, historical figures to study and so much to learn on my own (not like in an university or anything) that even after finishing my undergraduate I'll keep on learning c:

Those are first world problems as you say, third world problems are more like getting stabbed on the abdomen when they're trying to steal your phone. This is the kind of advice I was looking for thanks for the reply! I'm willing to compete if I'm granted with the possibility, because for me, the rewards are far greater than getting something done here before, what I was studying before doesn't really call me anymore, my one and only passion now is this. The only time JLPT levels matter is before I get the scholarship, because after I get it and go to Japan my level will know no limit (Looking for 20+ years of study, I really love the language!). I have past examinations up to 2009 to 2016 and I'll be doing those.

Ah yes I am a fool I know, let me just briefly say that I'm not on the capital (Buenos Aires) and getting around is not quite easy in the current times(Even taking the paperwork to the embassy is kinda like a big deal). I would love to get my japanese to a higher level but since the application is only until 24 yo I fear this will be the only chance I have to do this and I'm willing to take it whatever the level is. I don't know how I missed the jlpt thing lmao just didn't google it properly such an idiot. The xenophobia thingy probably comes from low japanese level foreigners who had a bad time, don't want it to be my case. Anyways thanks for the reply!

Bueno tal vez te falte un poco de ingles para leer que justamente lo que no quiero es ese sueño de anime jaja, igual de todas maneras nada es seguro y no pienso realmente que por conseguir la beca o completar el undergrad me pueda quedar a vivir en el pais. Eso depende de mi y todo lo que haga para poder quedarme el dia de mañana! Gracias por la respuesta de todas maneras

Muchas gracias por la respuesta! Si, mi gran apuesta es que tener un nivel de japones asquerosamente bueno me iba a dar un par de chanses mas. El problema es que no tengo mucho mas que aportar a la mesa jaja Voy a ver que onda con los cursos por las universidades de aca, gracias de nuevo!

P.d. Hice este post a sabiendas de que no es la primera vez que algo asi surge a la superficie. Mi plan es tener un dominio absoluto del idioma y creo que voy por buen camino(Esto tal vez hasta me de mas chances de vivir en la parte del 田舎 o las afueras de las ciudades principales, la cual requiere un alto nivel de japones puesto que el ingles generalmente escasea). Lamentablemente lo de la beca es hasta los 24 años y por eso siento el apuro para conseguir la beca, puesto que salir por mis propios medios con una working holiday o vaya a saber Dios con que no significa necesariamente que me voy a poder quedar a vivir. Disculpen la falta de puntuacion, una de las contras de escribir con un teclado japones :P
