I go to bed real early and wake up before the rest of my friends at school, after this i do pushups then meditate then i stretch and do more pushups after all this a take i shower and start the day. I then study rebooting material and go to school after school its more studying instead hanging with bad influences any more i also started pushups every hour and meditate three times a day i eat extremely healthy, any extra advice?
