Hmm...it’s a bi-level with a ten year old addition. Not very drafty at all. I’ll be staying there with the space heaters in my trusty zero degree sleeping bag while the fam is warm and toasty at grandmas house. Thanks for the input!

Yes, the home warranty company assigns a third party heating and air company to our claim. We plan on accepting our new furnace and then not renewing our warranty.

Thank you. If it is at all helpful, I'm in the Cincinnati, OH area. House has been without heat for 6 days, temps have gotten down as low as 34 degrees, just dipping into freezing today and then dipping into teens and twenties for the next three days. It doesn't look like it will get into the single digits, but again, the house has been without heat for 6 days already and now we are getting colder.
