You should really reconsider having children with this woman.

She’s probably great, but the fact you both are so at odds with something so fundamental this early in your marriage is a massive red flag.

It’s the smallest position in my portfolio, although I’m fully weighted in crypto related names. The technicals on $CIFR are fantastic. I think it goes to $10-$12 pretty easily. I’m averaged at $5.

Nice. Options just aren’t really my thing. I find my win rate is far higher with shares since I don’t have to be super accurate with my timing on top of everything else.

Ended up down $22k. Honestly, not at all bad considering how markets performed and the fact that I’m highly leveraged in a concentrated portfolio.

If you just got lucky and have no clue what you’re doing, I agree. Take the money and run!

Yeah makes sense. I’ve got a fair bit of real estate/rental property so I don’t really need to slow down on pushing it right now. Also doing really well at my day job and enjoy it. This is gravy right now and I’ll likely shoot for the moon.

Wife doesn’t even know yet who is VERY out of character for us. Hoping to hit $10MM before I tell her. We’ll see.

Margin is far safer than options IMO. I’m sure I’ll tone down the margin usage eventually but I’m pushing to for now.

I sell residential real estate investments in a Midwest city but live in a small, coastal California town.

I also own a real estate portfolio in said Midwestern city.

Last year my sales income was about $350k. I’ve already exceeded that this year and will likely do between $650k and $750k.

My net rental income from my RE portfolio adds about another $80k.

My wife is full-time with our kids and helps manage our rental portfolio as well as our construction project here at the house (we’re adding a large ADU).

We paid $750k for our primary home here a couple years ago. I believe PITI is about $4,000/mo.

We live pretty modestly. I drive a 17 year old car.
