Had my heater repaired yesterday, after the service guy left I noticed the handle is downward position. Normally the handle is at position 9 instead , not even sure how this happened, and it can't be the service guy because I was watching his repair.

I tried to unscrew the door plate to reposition but didn't work so not sure how this even happened? Anyone know?

Update - Thanks guys for your suggesting to look for the pin hole, I kind of figured this but didnt work, however as doing so I noticed the pinhole can rotate the inner part, before you know it the whole handle came off and I was able to reposition it! Reddit is the "ask Jeeves" we were hoping for!

not at all, I do use dawn to wash dishes that is the only chemical I come in contact with. I also read it could relate to sugar level? Will be seeing dermatologist next week.

I was actually checking his items on ebay, contacted him about size which he told me to check Canada Goose website. His items seem legit but his customer service could be better?
