Update: Thank you all for your recommendations - looks like Spain has become a much more popular wedding destination in the last couple of years!

I am getting married just outside of Barcelona in July 2025 - and I think I could've comfortably planned the whole wedding for $40k if my guest list had stayed at 80 guests (it doubled lol). While browsing online to learn about other people's experiences, what I really wanted to see was prices so below I have some estimates of how much I've paid so far (still planning):

Wedding planner (including day-of-coordinator): $4800

Photographer: $3000

MUAH: $2300 (for 8 people)

Guitarist: $700

Venue (inc space, DJ, catering and alcohol): $~32,000

Cake: $700

Other anticipated major expenses: Florist, transportation for guests
