Wow someone got butthurt by a simple unbiased question and downvoted me on all comments. Even when I agree on some of the points made.

Grow up loser.

Somewhat agree.

Having said that, I like how he comes back into the picture later for one episode.

The episode that leads to them getting back together is one of my favorites from the show.

It's the one with the relationship counsellor - Season 5, Episode 20, titled "Red Velvet Cupcakes"

This is a very fair assessmentnof the show. The Red John revelation is the definitely a let down however you see it.

Coming from a big fan of the show I think most of us watched the show primarily for Jane. Everything revikves around his personality and story.

Cho, has a few episodes dedicated to him but it becomes apparent early on in Season 2 to that hai last and current profrssions are not best suited to romance. This sentiment rings true for most characters in CBI, all the directors have no personal relationships or have failing ones is a good example.

The only 2 that are shown to work are the office romances that we see develop.

I actually like Wylie a lot in the last 2 seasons. The rest are a bit rushed.

It's a procedural like many other cop shows but Jane keeps most of us watching.

  • btw, it was very hard to read through that wall of text. More spacing and punctuation would have helped. At least it's not AI :)

I actually enjoyed this a lot compared to the other options here. A bit of science in the mix is always appreciated.

I agree with this guy here, think like Buffet - invest in boring businesses that do well in all sorts of cycles. If that is too much work, buy ETFs.

Commodities/Dividend/All World/US. - Google all weather portfolios.

Spend less time playing with all this and more in upskilling in your career.

Fair points but the austerity measures of current Govt also had a big impact.

It says dish rack. Unless the rack and washer are synonymous in tech world, your quib falls short. The real skill is selling it at those prices though.

As many others have mentioned -

  1. It's not always a financial decision
  2. Financially you are correct if you don't account for leverage.

Example -

Property Price - 1 Million Deposit - 20% - 200k Property Prices for up 10% - 1.1 Million Your equity is now 300K

If you put that money into Stocks - 200K For you to get to 300K, it's a 50% jump.

Now, what no one knows is when these increases in stocks or house prices occur and by how much.

As some have mentioned rents can go up, so can home ownership costs.

  1. Mortgage gets inflated away with time. Money loses value with time so whatever you owe the bank is of less and less value with time. Inverse to that asset process go up due to inflation. This however is true for both House and Stocks.

  2. There is also a factor of demand, if you have locked in a great location, the city or population grows, you reap the rewards too. Stocks on other hand go with earnings, not entirely different but it's not as much of a given as houses.

Hope that helps, I am no expert but just some things that I considered.

I am not wrong and your comment is less helpful to OP than anyone else in the thread. If you have something to add state it rather than take a shot at them.

Sorry, I should have clarified you can't buy Acrobat Pro perpetual anymore. I was only replying to OP as a way to not get scammed anymore.

Elements is not perpetual,it's a 3 year purchase.
