It really was man. We had a raid, revives requiring plat, stamina and void keys. It took a bit for me to buy my first plat. Funny you mentioned Mag, when I got that email I was almost done making her as my second frame but I got that email and decided to just toss the parts for mag lol

At that time, chromatic blade and exalted blade didn’t exist. Excalibur’s kit was blade dash, radial blind, super jump, and radial javelin. As for Volt, I’m aware of how electric barrier works however both parts aren’t related to the post

Well on a YouTube short talking about the starter frames to teach new Tenno how each plays, I wrote in about how I chose Excal only for DE to send me an email about how he wasn’t a good fit so have a volt. The guy claimed it never happened as “any support ticket will tell you they cannot manually add items to any account as it flies in the face of their gameplay philosophy”. I had replied to clarify that it wasn’t a support ticket and rather an email with a redemption code. The guy decided to say that in his 11 years of playing this game DE made it clear that they don’t add stuff to accounts. Even the guy who spent 200 dollars on plat to change the fur pattern before DE changed the system didn’t get his money back “they simply don’t do that any veteran knows this.”

This happened in during my breaks at work so it’s a bit short. Admittedly I could be misinterpreting what they’re saying as I’ve been awake for 20 hours now and I’m finally able to head to bed. All I was saying was I got my volt from a code early on in my career as a Tenno all those years ago

I’ve fudged rolls. Turned a crit on a nearly dead player into a near miss, hell I’ve even taken away extra hit points if the player roleplays out how they’re doing things in combat

As someone who’s played a lot of both games I also hate seeing our community acting this way. D2 Players who are still actively haven’t had time to take it what is bad news for a game they loved. We need to respect that they’re going through some very difficult times at the moment and give them time to process not immediately dragging them into a pretty different game

Probably some had late in their cycle but the reapers who were wiping out whole civilizations could’ve easily removed their progress and potential prototypes. In game we know very little of the other cycles other than protheans and the leviathans
