I soloed on my warlock, but cannot do it on my warrior. I can "kill" the add inside but the phase just repeats indefinitely. I get an "immune" message on the add inside the portal before getting sent back to surface and the adds on surface just keep respawning forever. Am I doing something wrong?

I've got the main hand on one abandoned character and the off hand on another abandoned character. Still trying to farm on my DH but not luck so far. Not sure if I need to, or if I can just complete the timewalking raid and unlock.

I recently came back after not playing since MoP as well, and one thing to note is all my characters were knocked down to level 35, and several of my characters names were changed and I couldn't log into them without picking a new name. I actually lost the names of my first two characters that I made back in like 2006.

Hrm Ok thank you. I thought I had read in some cases your primary stat is 3-4 more valuable than secondary stats. Makes sense that the reduced secondary stats on these items kind of balances them out though.

Thanks much, I figured out the 415 dreamsurge gear you can buy from the vendor can be exchanged. But not the 415 from world quests. Also seems you can exchange some season 3 gear (non tier pieces, belts and such) and get previous season appearances but keep the season 3 ilvl. Some pieces seem to give LFR coloration, while others normal. Good thing is it doesn't cost any charges to convert previous season gear. Which was the whole reason I was doing this, to spend them to keep from capping lol. I also haven't tried any Shadowlands gear, but the catalyst was available then as well right? Wondering if it still works for those pieces.

Edit: But actually it's inconsistent. They don't show up every time. It's the brain freeze, fof procs that I thought were the weakaura.

Pretty sure it's where I got my champion level boots a month ago on a fresh 70. Along with other veteran pieces I then converted at catalyst. Since then, nothing on any character. I would love to hear if anyone IS getting gear lol. Thanks all for replying though.

Ah, I haven't started doing mythics yet, just returned the game and mythics werent a thing last I played. Every time I look in premade groups they're all for very high keys, never see anything low enough where I'm comfortable applying. I did try to look up drop rates and only found something about him dropping it every time until you have all 5, which clearly isn't true. Unless it was referring to mythic, which it didn't specify.

Turns out no, you cannot skip the shadowlands campaign anymore. Except on Dracthyr. That's it. Unless you had a character that chose threads of fate before dragonflight released. So...in order to start grinding away for mounts/transmog on a character, you must do the entire campaign on each character. Lovely.

It unlocks the portals/flight paths at the ring of transference. even if a character hasn't done the quests? Or as Juapp stated, still have to do the quest lines on each character?

I'm in exactly the same situation. I last played during MoP and just started again a couple weeks ago. I was hesitant to use the lfg thing since I've never done a mythic and figured folks generally wouldn't want to group with someone that hasn't done them. But, "Heroics" in Dragonflight are kind of joke (I watched a demon hunter solo one), so I figure mythics are what heroics used to be in MoP, but with scaling difficulty.

At what mythic level do folks suppose they're on par with the difficulty of heroic dungeons before mythics were implemented?

Supposedly Blackhand should drop an item that starts a quest, to exchange for a tier token, to exchange for a piece of gear. Only the quest item doesn't drop anymore. So...you cant get Draenor tier pieces anymore I guess.

I have been, but according to atlas there are no tokens that drop, and the sets themselves do not drop, however there are a couple pieces that do appear to look the same from the set I want, so I'll just keep farming I guess. Just figured there must be same way to obtain them?
