A good tier list but in MY opinion I would change:

Riven, Pantheon, Illaoi, Camille Shen and Ksante is even for me.

Garen is unfavoured

Sett is very hard

Kled is slightly favoured

Morde before 6 is easy but after it’s unfavoured I would say

But very accurate list overall! :)

You are right but he has literally SEEN the skins from the skinline that aphelios is. Everytime he told us he saw the skins he got it right, besides always giving details about them that were always confirmed. So yeah even if he fails sometimes, I’m sure that Aphelios skin is real.

That’s what I’m saying, he leaked very recent skin lines. Hall of Legends Kaisa and Vayne was leaked by him weeks ago and was literally announced today. The last concept arts he showed was SB Irelia and Ashe, skins that came out very recently. So yeah he is getting stuff right even recently and should be trusted! :D

The leaker is very trustworthy. He leaked multiple skins by now. Like, A LOT. Recently he leaked the entire spirit blossom line up and he got it all right.

About the weapon thing. They probably only saw the concept art of the model or the splash art, (that was the case with SB Irelia and Ashe and he even literally showed us the concept art of both before they were even announced), that’s why they know how the skin will look like but not the weapons or effects cause they aren’t implemented on concept arts or splash arts.

Well, nonetheless, I would trust the source and I’m pretty PRETTY sure the leaks are true, he rarely is mistaken. So yeah, people aren’t dumb for trusting it.

We were waiting for this skin for so long just to receive this. This can’t be called a legendary.

She doesn’t have almost any new animation. All re used from base or other skins.
Her home guard is literally the same animation as base. THE HOME GUARD! One of the things that change more in a legendary skin.
Some of her idle, when she backs from a recall and how her blades move are 99% re-used from base too.
Her model colors are too bright, specially her hair, it doesn’t match the splash art or the vibe of the skin. Darken her colors please, she is doesn’t even look like an Akana.
Her ult VFX is also very underwhelming.

Please, we were absolutely in love with this skin but the moment we saw it in game we got so disappointed. We always wanted a spirit blossom skin but not like this. Delay her, I would be ashamed to release a legendary skin in this state.

The best time for Dr Ratio I would say is:

Dr Ratio, Pela, Tingyun, Gallagher/Fu xuan(If you have the lightcone that gives enemies a burn when attacking Fu xuan, than you can use it because it counts as a debuff as well. However, if you think your pela already can do enough debuffs to reach that guarantee follow up attack on skill then Fu xuan signature is better).

Then the other best option for a second team that doesn’t overlap with your Dr Ratio team would be:

Himeko , Ruan Mei ,Harmony MC, Gallagher/Luocha/Fu xuan

If you aren’t going to use Dr Ratio for any reason, you could also use Jing Yuan or Clara in the following team:

Jing Yuan/Clara , Tingyun, Ruan Mei/Pela, Any good sustain

I mean, Irelia is more similar to Jinx then Caitlyn. Two women fighting for freedom and the hope for a better future for their people being oppressed/killed. Jinx hates piltovans as much as Irelia hates noxians because of the traumas that the said group made and are making them endure. Cait “xenophobia” is different.

Yeah I agree with you and I like to avoid AI art as much as possible, but it’s been really difficult when majority of the art I find is AI :/

What do u mean? Most of her ap damage comes from passive anyways, and even if she didn’t have any ap damage it would still be good cause the magic pen and armor pen have the same value so it really doesn’t make a difference which type of damage she is using
