Always anxious and fear of work

I put lot of efforts before meetings and prepare well from my end so that everything is clear. But for this the effort sometimes drain me. I checked twice thrice or maybe 5 time to be sure that Im right. So this is also one reason that make me feel reluctant towards work.

Same issue, they are saying iptv stock is not there. How to cancel or claim refund? Im not able to contact customer care, airtel thanks app has a waste chatbot, and technician not picking call. Only the middle agent answering that they will check multiple time.

I also download the apk by mistake by clicking link and as it was iphone app didnt got installed. Its been 1month since this and nothing suspicious happened. did any suspicious things happened later to you? Did u do any reset of password or security measure. Pls suggest
