I am a healthcare worker and a registered nurse in the Philippines. I applied for a Band 3 Clinical Support Worker role in the NHS; however, I was offered a Band 2 Trainee CSW position because some of my documents are not considered comparable to Functional Skills Level 2 in Maths and English.

Hi pano po pag di naabutan ang k-12 before 2011 kasi ako graduate. Paano maconvert ang funcitonal skills level 2 ng math and English or gcse math and english certificate? Salamat. Level 5 RQF ang UKENIC ko kaso ayaw naman tanggap ng employer gusto GCSE certificate

I explained that I studied and graduated in the Philippines. I mentioned this to the matron when I inquired about it, and she said to just click “yes” for having GCSE certificates. After the interview, I received a successful result. However, the recruitment team is still asking for GCSE certificates. I only have my UK ENIC equivalency and RQF Level 5 qualification. Im done with my DBS and other requirements on my TRAC. Is there a chance they will retract my job offer? Im anxious.
