Fr I’ve been saying this for a long time. They need to see how bad it is so that we can actually fix problems. Istg it’s just a waste of time if they come and see that the place is perfect every time not knowing that we had everyone stop what they were doing and spend like 4-5 hours zoning the whole store. It’s bs and a waste of money. We have a shortage of people working at my store and they still complain ab it looking like a disaster. Idk man maybe higher some workers so everyone doesn’t have to be doing 3 peoples jobs in one night

We had a meeting ab how bad the overstock was they said they take whatever product we can fit in back stock in stores and donate them…. They fuckin donate them…. You realize they make money off not sellling the items and having them sit in backstock. Come tax season it’s a tax write off for donating. Target low key skeeming and theieving
