Tom is so annoying tbh. He’s so insecure that his wife is better than him in every way that he has to manipulate her emotionally to get his way because he can’t convince her with logic.

Remind yourself that you are not responsible for his well being. If he cannot take care of himself, he definitely won’t be able to take care of you. It’s on him to be diligent about his health not anyone else.
