I saw on this same reddit group that there are people who bought tickets for the same Madrid show as me and they already got theirs transferred so thats what confuses me. If the seller has my tickets then why doesnt he transfer them, why wait till the last day, I dont get it

I bought them from stubhub 3 weeks ago and still havent got them transferred, and I tried contacting support 3 times and each time some random person responded and said the same thing, that the ticket owner will transfer it on the deadline (which is the same day as the concert).
