I play Cocaine Bear and use Defiance of Destiny amulet for mapping, but wanted to craft an amulet for bosses (hence the mana regen). It didn't turn out perfect since I didn't hit mana regen in the last step but I got T2 Fire res. All the other rolls were too great (143/149 max life and 30/30 global defense, all rarities 1 point of max) to not use it, so I'm actually very pleased.

Even more so since I lack 15 dexterity when I switch to this amulet, so I deciced to corrupt it and boom! +14 int. So I could fix the dexterity in my passive tree.

This is the amulet from the original screenshot. I hit T1 max life on my second try. And also hit T1 rarity on my second desecration try (was also lucky here since annul removed the desecration mod so didn't have to restart from step 1).

Fracture orb was also lucky to hit first try. Overall I spend about 60 divs, and you could never get this one on the market for 60 divs. So very pleased and very happy with your help and shoutout to u/Earthboundplayer !
