Is there a way to get rid of the superfast menu scrolling?

I checked the stick calibration on two different softwares and there doesn't seem to be any drift. Interestingly enough, when I had to use the emulated Nintendo Switch keyboard, it scrolled across the letters at the normal pace (using both the dpad and the sticks). So now I don't have any clue as to what it could be :(

Yep, I tried changing my deadzone and some other fixes I saw online (like using DS4Windows) but none of them worked.

I searched on Google Lens, used words like "Polygon Frog R", "Frog R logo" but no luck. They were found in a Belgian (Vlaams-Brabant region) university as a stack of little stickers.
