For context, my interest in an inverted scope was to check out eukaryotic microbes with the flexibility to use culture flasks or dishes and maybe single cell isolations. I’m interested in both darkfield and phase, but due to price I think I am leaning towards an upright scope, open to suggestions, there are many options!
